COVID19 INFO

The safety and health of our dancers is our first priority as we reopen the studio doors.  Studio 320, LLC will take the following precautions recommended by the Clay County Health department in response to the recent coronavirus pandemic.

MASKS   Students Kindergarten and older will wear masks to dance class during the first weeks of reopening.  Preschool dancers are not required to wear masks (though certainly may, based on parent preference) and will be kept socially distanced in class.  Teachers will wear masks in all classes to start the season.

LOBBY    The studio lobby will remain closed to parents, siblings and guests as we start the new season.  Teachers/parents will pick-up and drop-off dancers at the studio doors.  Parents can wait in their cars during class, or choose to leave the premises to run errands, etc.

320tv    We have recently purchased new equipment and technology to allow parents to watch classes from their phones.  A monthly subscription will give parents access to their child’s class, just as if watching on our closed circuit TV’s in the lobby.  We are still awaiting scheduling for installation, but hope to have this in the first weeks of dance.

If anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of any kind, do not send your child to class.

Only students and 320 staff are permitted inside the building.  Restrooms are for students and staff only.

We ask that dancers are not dropped off more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled class time, and picked up promptly after class.

Dancer requirements while at the studio:

  • We will have all dancers wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering & exiting class.

  • All dancers will be socially distanced during classes and choreography.

  • We will not have dancers touch each other or hold hands.

  • We ask that all dancers come dressed and prepared for class. The changing rooms will be closed and bathrooms are not to be used for changing.

  • Please bring a SMALL dance bag for those who have shoe changes.  Leave jackets and street shoes with parents when possible.

  • We ask that all dancers bring their own water bottles as the studio will not have these for sale this year.

  • We will be wiping down all barres, door handles, and restrooms between classes.

  • The entire studio will be disinfected each day prior to classes.

Pick up/ Drop off only

As stated above, our lobby will not be open for parents and guests during classes.  Parents will drop-off at the door and teachers will collect students and take them to class.  An email will be sent prior to your first class with further information regarding proper door to use and additional procedures.
